Whoa, is this thing still on? It is? ok…
I haven’t updated this site in ages, i honestly don’t know why, i want to write about something, but then i worry it might make my site look differently to other people.

Haven’t posted in a while, i mean, proper post as Ammar reminded me. Need to clear up a few things.

Onto [...]

Something new from our favourite blogger-brains, answerlink.
http://wordpress.com/blog/2007/10/10/answerlinks/
Now you can link any word in your post to it’s topic in Answers.com, allowing you the ease of referring to what you’re talking about. Though i reserve some skepticism, since everytime i go to it, it eerily reminds me i’m in a wiki knock-off, and that i should [...]

You hear this story more with Fast Food chains more than Search Engines, but Google, the worlds premier Search Engine has done just that. If you go to image searching, you’ll notice the ‘Extra Large’ option now available, for no extra cost to you, the customer.
In it you’ll find all the larger sizes that larger [...]

Google Analytics FTW

Posted on September 26, 2007. Filed under: My Daily Rant, Tech | Tags: , , , , |

Been using Google Analytics alongside the WP reports page on the ub site, my God it’s extensive. You can see things like what OS people are using, what browser, which state in the US, percentage of new visits, keyword entries and much much more.
If nothing else but for the inane pleasure of knowing that more [...]

Farewell MTC, hello Zain

Posted on September 10, 2007. Filed under: Bahrain, Tech |

Yes, it is official, there is no more MTC, it has been relaunched under the name ‘Zain’. The new site looks good, but i am never a fan of over used flash. Your login still exists, so the switch-over should be seamless for those who use MTC Zain’s 5 free daily messages (WEB2SMS). The [...]

Bill Gates is off the top

Posted on July 4, 2007. Filed under: Rest Of The World, Tech |

It’s like Tiger woods all over again, we all thought he’d be there forever, then one day, like a hundred thousand people saying whop, he was off. Now it’s Bill’s turn, he isn’t the richest man anymore, which affects many people in ways you never thought about. No one would anymore say he could give [...]

Dilbert survey

Posted on May 23, 2007. Filed under: Rest Of The World, Tech |

Dilbert or any other ’stupid management’ fans might want a gander at this. If you take their survey, which is basically like every other survey, they ask all personal questions and one actually related to the survey, and then they say you can win something, but never do. With the Dilbert survey, you get a [...]
