The Space Race

Posted on December 7, 2006. Filed under: My Daily Rant, The Site |

It seems we have a 50 mb limit on our blogs, which i dont mind, cos my userbars don’t take more than 10k each, so im good for a few thousand more of them, but the clincher is that they’re giving someone who has the best idea of how to use the highest upgrade of space, 10GB, a free upgrade if they come up with a good idea of how to use it. I have one myself:

I would if possible by me, create a database, recording the history of all major events, year by year in timeline from the ancient Aztecs or before to the current Iraq war and Darfur problem, and make a sort of database of it and show the world what man has accomplished so far and what has held him back. We can see everything from the moon landing, the Kennedy controversy, Chernobyl, man’s strongest and weakest times, leaders or people of influence, throughout the time we have been on this planet, and what we have done for and to it. The best thing is, this might not take a full 10GB, so it can be updated continuously, and have a standard blog running side by side recording the events in real time.

Hope i win, cos i like this idea, and maybe il do it, maybe..
